That's all folks!

One final blog post from Disneyland...and then we'll be signing off. The Roussillon Adventure comes to a close today when we board our plane back to NZ. Have had 4 fun days here at Disneyland, doing all the Disney stuff. Kids have surprisingly proved to be adrenaline junkies with their favourites being the high speed stuff (Splash Mountain seems to have been the most popular of the highlights). We've had to carry Sarah and Amy home each night (after the obligatory Disney show/fireworks) - totally exhausted. Today, we're hiring a car and driving out to the beach for a few hours before making the journey to LAX.

The other night we canvassed their opinions on highlights of the whole 4 months - but that proved to be a hard ask. I think for Heather and I the highlights are less about the sights we saw and the places we visited; it was more about the experience we had living in Villelongue. Right from the start we wanted this trip to be about "living" somewhere rather than just "visiting" it and I think we largely achieved that. The last 5 weeks tripping around France, London and now LA have been great fun, but the highlight will always be the 3 months in our little cottage in our little French village of Villelongue.

And on that note I'll say au revoir for the final time. Thanks to those who have read, commented and emailed. Look forward to catching up with you all soon.

P.S Flickr all updated with photos.
